Bright 3BR Apt | Near Battersea Park

Spacious apartment that definitely suited our group size. The washing machine was definitely a benefit of staying here. Positive: The property is spacious and is perfect for groups or families. It needs some basic maintenance though - minor things like fixing light bulbs, tap falling off when in use. Negative: Check in was a bit of a shambles. We were not sent check in instructions due to a host system error so when we arrived and were told we had to travel to a location 15 mins away to collect a key we were a bit annoyed, particularly after a long day of travel. The host then made it feel like they did us a favour by giving us the check in instructions manually outside of their regular business hours. One evening we had no hot water but the host gave us instructions on how to fix so it only took approx 30-60mins to come back. I suspect it is how the timer is set on the hot water system - possibly to conserve energy?? We expected the single bed to be in one of the rooms as per the description however apparently it needed to be requested. When I asked about this I was advised the cleaner had already been so it would be an additional charge for them to come back out so I opted to pull the single mattress out of the storage and make the bed myself as I didn’t want to pay an additional £45

Negative: Please do NOT stay at this property. During our stay there were repeated water leaks from the ceiling into a live electric light socket. We contacted the host, the first host ignored our message, the second host reassured us this was ‘safe’ and ‘habitable’. They refused to arrange relocation or alternative accommodation for us, and then finally organised for the property management engineer to come and assess the property only after we insisted . The host asked us to not disclose that this was a short-term rental to the property management company. During the engineer assessment we learnt that the air-conditioning unit in the ceiling where the leak was originating from was not plumbed into any waste disposal system so therefore the condensate water was leaking directly out into the light sockets. There had been a waste bucket intentionally placed where the disconnected pipe was and said bucket was overfilling and leaking into live electrics. The property host is unaware that I discovered this. The property host continued to assure us that this property was safe and habitable despite the electrician having to isolate and remove the electrical socket in order to prevent an electrical fire. The letting agent (Letwise) have been consistently unprofessional and threatening in their messages since the stay. I have reported this listing to the management company of the building for suspected breach of leasehold and also to Wandsworth council and trading standards for their continued letting of this property, despite knowing that it poses an electrical fire risk for its inhabitants

Positive: Great location, easy and swift communications. Secure parking for duration of stay on site (additional cost)

الاقامه ممتازه واكرر زيارتي للشقه مره ثانيه 👍🏻 Positive: اعجبني الموقع ممتاز وقريب من باترسي باور ستيشن كذلك الشقه ممتازه ونظيفه وتحتوي على شطافات في الحمامات . كذلك الغرف واسعه والتراس ممتاز Negative: حدوث بعض المشاكل مثل عطل في دورة المياه

Beautiful apartment ,in a great location, wish we had stayed longer! Positive: Great location! Spacious ,comfortable apartment with all the amenities Negative: The collection of the key was from a corner store which was very busy . I think a box with a code would work better
