Bright 3BR Apt | Near Battersea Park

Spot on Positive: Location, facilities, comfort, accessibility - All good. All clean. Suited us very well. Convenient for tube and Power station. We were four people, including a powered wheelchair user. No problem at all. Negative: Parking isn't cheap, but we expected that. A bit of a walk to get the keys, but no worries. A second set of keys would be useful, but not a big problem. Some road-works with temporary drop curbs, but that's not the fault of the appt.

Enjoyable Positive: Comfortable beds, felt very safe and secure, about 20 minutes from Tube station and restaurants. Negative: Some cutlery/crockery needs an upgrade/change. It would also be useful to have a “leaflet/note” of “how to” use equipment in the apartment and/or travel to xyz locations etc

Exceptional Positive: Before: I had some questions before and after booking this property. All answered really quickly by John and Gladys. I then had a query on the way to collecting the keys. I received an immediate reply via WhatsApp and the person I was dealing with stayed online until they knew I had the keys. Key collection was straightforward, just a short walk. Really good pre-arrival instructions. Our stay: the property exceeded expectations. In a great area, plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Felt like a really safe area. The building was very clean and quiet. Apartment was amazing! Really spacious. Immaculately clean. Very comfortable beds. Great water pressure in the showers. Three adults stayed during our trip and we all agreed there would still be plenty of room with 6 adults staying. Slept really well with no noise from the train tracks. Short walk to great locations or easy access to the underground. We would choose to stay in this area again when we come to London and would definitely try to book this apartment if available. Exceeded our expectations Positive: Absolutely amazing apartment in a great apartment building. Well furnished and has everything you'd need. Extremely comfortable beds. I was travelling for work with 2 others. The apartment was perfect for our needs as it had 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms. Negative: Nothing
