Positive: I was unsure at first due to last person review, but after speaking with this host he was so helpful and nice. The lockbox had no problem and he actually gave me a second option for key collection nearby.
Everything worked, was clean and in order. Would definitely stay again.

Positive: Posizione perfetta! zona tranquilla e silenziosa ma centrale e comoda. Vicina alla metro di Gloucester perfetta per spostarsi nel centro di Londra. Casa spaziosa e accogliente con tutto il necessario. Lo staff sempre disponibile e veloce nelle risposte. Istruzioni chiare e semplici per ritiro e riconsegna chiavi.
