Great 2 night escape in a central location Positive: Excellent communication from the team both before and during our stay. Negative: Could do with better blinds in the bedrooms

Great place for location and so close to Battersea Power station. Positive: Location was fabulous, the apartment is well appointed. Looked very luxurious. Negative: The chairs legs are very loose and the pillows are thin, the bed in the guest is rock hard. The lounge is not comfortable and kitchen pots need to be replaced as they don't work on the new induction hob. The sink is rusty and we could scrub it. The cleaner users the entrance hall cupboard for storing cleaning rags instead of a place for coats. The washing cupboard is so full or extra linen it could have started a electrical fire. The place needs attention.

great stay in a comfortable, clean, and well-located apartment with excellent communication. Positive: The accommodation was wonderful and very well located. It is close to the station, the mall, and the supermarket, which made everything very convenient. Check-in was smooth and easy. The apartment was clean, warm, well-prepared, quiet, and felt very safe. Communication was excellent, and responses were helpful. Negative: I only have a small comment: I wish the bed linen had been freshly washed more thoroughly. However, it was clean overall.
